La Finca Cibuco
LA FINCA CIBUCO brings a refreshing and modern music studio design to an existing building in the mountains of Corozal, blending a traditional architectural memory with contemporary aesthetics and technologies. The studio will include a main production room, a cozy lounge, and a kitchen, plus a mezzanine with a bed for overnight stays.
Alongside the studio, two small houses will be added for artists and guests, offering comfortable spaces near the creative hub. A small infinity pool with natural pathways and wooden decks will link these areas to a tiny house on the west side, creating a private, relaxing retreat that supports the creative process and blends beautifully with the natural surroundings.
